Winter Thaw 600 12:30 pm Line

This tournament will be on , Saturday March 15th at 12:30pm. The tournament format will be a 600 Round. It will consist of a 60 arrow round, 3 arrows per end for 20 ends. Please be at the indoor range 30 min before the start time to sign-in and received target assignments. Listed below are the classes for the event. All participants MUST be USA Archery Members.

USA Archery rules and dress code apply. Please note that at sanctioned events denim and camo clothing are not allowed.

The Indoor Range is located at 4 Cedar Swamp Road Glen Cove NY.  The entrance is in the rear of the old Retro Fitness Building.

Tournament Cancelation policy.

• Entries in events can be moved to a future event with no penalties providing advanced notice is
  provided.
• Cancelation of an event entry the day prior or same day of the event (no show), no refund will
  be issued.
• Cancelation of an event entry within 2-5 days of the tournament. The club will refund the full
  amount minus a $5 processing fee.
